Chozen online store uses PayPal as its merchant solution. PayPal uses the best security and privacy for your protection. For more information go to www.paypal.com and click on Security and Protection.
Purchasing Terms: Merchandise
All prices are in US Dollars. Advance payment in full using your PayPal Account or any Credit Card that is accepted by PayPal is required. Prices are subject to change from time to time at Chozen's sole discretion.
Order Processing
All orders are processed as soon as they are received. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or combined once they have been processed. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed.
Shipping:
Orders are typically shipped within one (1) to three (3) business days.
Shipping may be slightly delayed on US holidays.
We observe all major Holidays. Orders will be filled immediately following the Holiday. All domestic orders placed after December 15th cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Our Store will be closed for the Holidays from December 22nd through January 2nd. Orders may be placed during this time but will not be processed until January 3rd. (NOTE this will add an extra week to the shipping time)
Orders will be deemed delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address you submitted during the checkout procedure. CHOZEN is not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered. CHOZEN is also not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during the signup procedure.
Domestic Shipping (US):
All orders will be shipped Priority mail through the United States Postal Service. Packages sent via Priority mail require an average of 2 to 4 days to arrive anywhere in the continental United States. Priority mail delivers to every address in the United States, including PO boxes and military addresses. Although your order will be shipped Priority mail please remember it may take 1-3 days for processing time before your order is shipped (NOTE: We are shipping from Florida).
Returns:
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
-The return must be received by CHOZEN within 7 days of purchase.
-The returned item must have its original tags attached.
-The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
-All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package.
Refunds
After receiving the returned item, CHOZEN will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $5.00 restocking fee. CHOZEN will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to CHOZEN.
